Ways to trust your own inner wisdom.

Like a Dream-catcher you can master catching your own thoughts and then develop those thoughts positively to help you fulfil your awakening dreams.

When we practice mindfulness, we pay attention to what is happening in our mind our body and our spirit; The stories we tell ourselves, as well as the emotions and physical sensations as they are arising.

Just notice... what you see, hear, feel and know to be true to you.

Are these beliefs that you hold resourceful or are they limiting?

For now, just notice what comes up for you regularly.

Self -awareness is the beginning of cultivating positive change.

An effective tool is to start a 'Gratitude Journal' and use this journal as a daily practice of handwriting at least 3 things you are grateful for in your day.

It can be as simple as being grateful for the warmth of the sun or the opportunity to have a moment of self -reflection.

Begin with the attitude of gratitude and soon enough you will notice your thoughts evolve to be positive more often.

Through the awakening of our true intentions, we become connected to our dreams and desires.

When you take the time to align with this deeper self, then you are far more able to manifest your authentic desires with total effortlessness
