Shine began with the aim of creating bespoke offerings in wellbeing to the wider community utilising the trilogy of the three components ~ Mind Body Spirit.
The union between our trained professionals, in Mindset, Nutrition and Art Therapy came together in collaboration with a combined vision, to bring awareness to the importance of looking at the wholeness of health being Mind-Body-Spirit.
Our wellness comes not just from physical health, but from mental health and spiritual health as well. To be “healthy,” we must pay attention to all three aspects of our nature.
When we look at the mind, body, & spirit, it's important to understand their connection to each other because of their intricate relationship with one another.
The mind, body, & spirit are interconnected in a way that supports our overall wellbeing. When we are able to balance each of these parts of ourselves, we are able to achieve optimal health.
The health of your body has an effect on your mind & spirit and vice versa. Therefore, you can not separate these parts of you if you want to live a life that is balanced and healthy.
Just think of all the stressors we’re exposed to on a daily basis — traffic, deadlines, coworkers, family, significant others, and the list goes on!
Life, in general, can affect your overall health. So if you want to keep your sanity and health intact, you have to take a holistic approach to your wellness by keeping these areas of life balanced.
Shine offers support, guidance & quality education in holistic wellbeing practices through the exploration of mindset strategies, nutritional health and creative experiences.
Shine’s individual mentoring & wellbeing programs are centred around evidence based interventions and health promotion advocacy.
The foundations of Shine’s work is cultivated around the need to reconnect to the ecology of our natural world and environment and how these seasonal, fundamental laws influence our health and wellbeing.
By focusing on all three aspects of ourselves and becoming proactive in maintaining balance between the mind, body, & spirit, we can lead more fulfilling, happier, & healthier lives.
