Charlott knows the challenges of anxiety and depression, having personally experienced PND, trauma and grief.

With a passion to help other people thrive in life, Charlott dedicated years of study in various modalities such as NLP, human behavioural science, positive psychology & META Dynamics™.

Charlott learned how powerful our mindset is to the experiences of our inner and outer world perceptions and how we can shape-shift our perceived meaning to events that have happened to then experience empowering transformation.

Charlott has gathered more than 8,000 hours of career, business, leadership and personal coaching experience, and continues to research and study, up-levelling her skillset to best serve her client’s success.

Everyone's path is unique, and everyone has their individual strengths and ways to open and grow.

Although it means well, our logical mind can get the best of us at times, holding us back from showing up in the world authentically, blocking our intuition and expression, and fearfully stopping us in our tracks.

I approached Charlott a year ago to begin my weekly coaching sessions. I had never seen a life coach before and was only familiar with working with a psychologist.
