Shine Mind Body Spirit’s role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ by each individual. Each individual’s health and wellness success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any health-related program or service, your results may vary, and will be based on many variables, including but not limited to, your body chemistry, daily demands, energy expenditure, stage of life, individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment.

We don’t guarantee website links or policies of authorised third parties, though we have carefully considered their policies and security measures when selecting services.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

We may use cookies on our Site from time to time. Cookies are text files placed in your computer’s browser to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your email address or other personally identifiable information. However, they do allow third parties, such as Google and Facebook, to cause our advertisements to appear on your social media and online media feeds as part of our re-targeting campaigns. If and when you choose to provide our Site with personal information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookie.

We may use web beacons on our Site from time to time. An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
